This company is a Japanese owned global retail and financial services which operate mainly in Asia.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
JLPT N1-N2 Passer/Level (Certificate is not required)
Bachelor Degree graduate of Finance, Accounting or any related course
Must be Certified Public Accountant
Up to 2-3 years of related experience in finance, accounting, auditing, project management or its equivalent is an advantage
Good English communication skills
Knowledge or experience in analyzing and visualizing cost data is a plus
Responsibilities:
Support the Control Analyst in coordination with each department the development and implementation of budget for the Company
Reviews each department's operations to ensure efficient use of allocated resources on a regular basis
Coordinate with relevant department and with Backend Systems Manager for the development and management of a dashboard appropriate to the needs of each department and top management
Recommends cost minimization schemes to Department Head of Control
Conducts post-audit of departmental projects to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance within the organization
