Requirements:
• Proficient in Japanese and English language
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or any Business-related courses
• N1 to N3 JLPT linguistic competence level
• Minimum of 5 years in Finance and Accounting field, preferably with experience in procure-to-pay processes
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting managerial role/position
Job description:
• Ensuring quick resolutions of these issues and preventing the same issues from arising again
• Handling, resolving and reducing escalations for all procure-to-pay-related issues raised by the client.
• Reporting to the service delivery leaders.
• Reviewing account statuses for credit release, as needed.
• Contacting customers to confirm open items for cash reconciliation, check control, credit reconciliation, residual invoice, as needed.
