JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing daily operation and communicate effectively with Japanese client.
Attend to financial related inquiries related to billing, collection, credit management, cash applications, and order management
Manage Order-to-Cash related problems and provide solution to avoid the same case
Improve collection processes and ensure the fast resolution to issues
Lead client meetings to discuss debtor performance
Forecasts budget
Handle and lead a team to ensure operational KPIs are met
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Japanese
JLPT N1 to N3 Passer/Level
Excellent English communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any field
Strong people management skills (Handled team leads)
Preferably with 5 years above Finance and Account experience
Background in procure-to-pay processes
Skills in MS Office, SAP, or any Accounting system
Flexible in work schedule to ensure deliverables for every month/quarter/year-end closing
