Requirements:
Filipino fluent in both English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)
JLPT N1-N2 Passer / level (JLPT not a requirement)
Degree holders of any courses
With administrative experience
Experience in the following is an advantage:
-Extensive experience in Diary
-Calendar management
Advanced proficiency in MS word, excel, powerpoint and adobe
Skills in setting up telephone, video conferencing, laptop and projector for presentation
Flexible and motivated to the needs of President
Responsibilities:
Meeting arrangement
Recording of meetings
Travel reservation and events scheduling
Serves as POC between Executive and other internal and external communications
Research and documentation
Translation from English to Japanese and vice versa
Personal errands as required
