Position: Japanese Email and Chat Support
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Metro Manila
Salary offer: Php 25,000
Working Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: WFH (Training will be onsite)

Provide customer service through email and chat in English and Japanese.
Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
Collaborating with internal departments.

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Open to Japanese National
Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4, N5 Passer (No Certificate Required)
With or without experience
College Graduate or non-Bachelor Degree is welcome to apply
Can speak, read and write Japanese and English.
Proficient in MS Office
