JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This company is a Japanese company that manufactures a variety of Orthodontic products and dental devices.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese language
JLPT N1, N2, N3 Level (Certificate is a BIG PLUS but not required)
Preferably with CSR/TSR work experience
Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite and in shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for Japan office
Provide support to customers by attending to inquiries and product related concerns
Introduce and promote new product or services to the customer
Process online payment and apply billing adjustment for lost payment
Manage orders and tracking of shipments
Provide initial solution to product issues
Escalate Technical cases to other department
