Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level
• English communication skills (both in written and spoken)
• Open for High School graduates
• Preferably with minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Customer Service experience is a big advantage
• Can Start on December 2020
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle customer concerns through phone calls, chat, and email
• Resolve and escalate issues appropriately
• Research information and give solutions to the customers using available resources
• Responsible in monitoring and controlling the various tasks given
