JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will be working for a question-and-answer platform where questions are asked, answered, edited and organized by its community of user
Will be moderating contents based on given guidelines using both English and other assigned language
Will be working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese business languages
Preferably with at least six (6) months BPO experience (preferably in a customer service program)
Able to read fast without missing important details and demonstrates high attention to details
Inquisitive personality with good analytical skills and a critical thinker
Willing to work in Makati, Philippines (Manila)
BENEFITS:
Salary 100-120K
Health card, work visa, 13th month pay, 20 leave credits
Above standard holiday pay and OT rate
