Job Description
To achieve preset financial targets, productivity standards, market focus & share objectives and customer satisfaction and loyalty objectives for designated Japan import/export cargo traffic.
To assist senior management in developing Japanese accounts in South Asia Region.
To assist local sales management in preparing annual budgets and in achieving revenue targets.
To be responsible for developing potential new Japanese business, making recommendations and playing a key role in customer retention.
To act as liaison representative between key Japanese customers and Expeditors with their host countries.
To work closely with Sales, Operations and Expeditors offices to implement market strategies attuned to regional and corporate requirements.
To solicit market intelligence and strategic sales activities for Japanese accounts in their host countries and feedback to local product and geographic leaders.
To be responsible for generating and managing the sales leads for Japanese customers.
To take up additional tasks and perform special projects as required to meet the Company's profit objectives.
Qualifications
Native Japanese speaker. University graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Culturally sensitive and customer driver. Good command of English.
