Requirements:
Open to JLPT N3 - N5 PASSER or level
Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
With 3-5 years development experience
2 -3 years development experience with the SNOW Platform
Must have an experience using servicenow platform
Knowledgeable of ITIL and ITSM concepts
With Experience in systems for IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Human Resource Service Delivery etc.
With Snow platform certified
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining the platform of one of our clients.
Responsible for communicating with the client.
Responsible to understanding and gather the client's business needs to build solutions, support maintenance and drive improvement.
Make a research and develop technical specification, development, and testing on the platform.
Responsible for providing solutions on technical consultations regarding development on the platform.
Responsible for leading and managing a team of ServiceNow developers.
