Requirements
Open for JLPT N2 Passer or level
Japanese National can speak English
Open for Japanese nationals who are currently in the Philippines.
Must have managerial experience (Minimum of 3 years)
Open to college graduate and undergraduates with relevant AP/Team Lead experience
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of team leads/supervisors in the operations tower of the deal
Act as point-of-contact of the company and the client in the performance of operational sub-processes
Act as an escalation point for all operational related issues raised by the client.
Communicate regularly with the client to ensure that the proper department complies with the latest changes in the procedures
