Salary: 60,000 - 120,000 Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, Mondays - Fridays
-Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc. -Attend meetings and keep minutes -Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate -Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) -Make travel arrangements for executives -Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure -Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible -Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Preferred but not required: Diploma / Degree Holder in Hospitality Management/ Tourism Management or related field. -At least JLPT N3 holder -Proven working experience as an executive secretary, at least three (3) years in the position -Experience working in a BPO company or in a Japanese company is an advantage -Approachable and flexible -Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role -Proficient in MS Office applications -In-depth knowledge of office management -Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities -Ability to work with minimal supervision -Strong interpersonal skills -Ability to meet deadlines -Ability to Multitask -Willing to work onsite
