Requirements
Communications skills in Japanese and English languages
Open for JLPT N3 Passer or level
Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
With at least experience in Automation, C++, Macros, or Web Development)
With skills in MS Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Experience in Finance and Accounting and SAP is an advantage but not required
Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Handle process improvement, create platform tools and reports to Japan counterpart
Apply research and analysis expertise
Plan, structure, and deliver research using various secondary and primary research techniques
Provide deeper business insights and automate business processes with high accuracy
Powered by artificial intelligence, automation and other technology tools, augment human expertise to drive improved business outcomes
