Requirements:
• Communication skills in Japanese and English languages
• N1 to N3 JLPT competence level
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any Business course is required
• Undergraduates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply
• At least 1 year supervisory experience (Office work set-up) is required
• BPO work experience is an advantage
• Experience in finance and accounting and SAP is an advantage
• Previous accounting experience/studies particularly in Accounts Payable is required
Job description:
• Liaising and closely communicating with the client to ensure that the accounts payables department complies
• Developing good client relationships within the team
• Responsible for activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager
• Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
• Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
