Requirement:
• Open to Native Japanese
• Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer
• College Graduate or undergraduate are welcome to apply
• At least 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable.
• With experience in ERP system
• Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for processing invoices.
• Responsible in checking expense report against receipts
• Minimise the number of invoices not accounted in the system
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Coordinate with supply chain team
