• Experience in Finance and Accounting and SAP is an advantage
• Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
Job description:
• Supervising the activities performed by the regular accounts payables processing Team
• Providing assistance to and coaching team members regularly
• Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
• Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
• Monitoring production issues and escalating challenges and issues to accounts payables leaders as needed
