Description
• General cleaning of the office and keeping it clean and in order.
• Inform relevant officer (s) for any problems that may arise in connection to appliances, equipment, properties and other matters related to the office premises/ concern.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Buying of employee's morning and afternoon snacks and lunch outside the office.
• Bring or deliver items/stuffs/documents in an accurate (right recipient), prompt and efficient manner.
• Sort deliverable items in accordance to proper delivery route in order to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Qualification:
• At least high school Graduate
• At least 1 year experience as Janitor/Messenger
• Trustworthy
• Willing to be assign under-service provider
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
