Position: Italian Email and Chat Customer Support (Non-Voice)

Responsibilities:
Responsible in assisting Italian Speakers through email and chat transaction support
Responsible for managing and processing the workflow related to customer purchase orders
Elevate workflow issues and escalate all unsolved customer purchase orders for a timely resolution
Communicate with supervisor to ensure daily order processing requirements are met
Execute applicable Quality System processes
