JOB DESCRIPTION
COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS:
Experience in computer assembly/disassembly, formatting, BIOS/firmware upgrade.
Troubleshooting windows system, registry, patches, basic scripting and commands.
NETWORK AND FIREWALLS:
Experience in installation/configuration of Firewall device
Able to create firewall rules to allow/block specific computer, users, and apps.
Should know how to configure VLANS in network switch
Experience in Setting WiFi device and rules
SERVER AND SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT
Experience in Server Administration, installation, and troubleshooting
Able to experience and troubleshoot Hyper-V
Can set-up, install and coordinate with vendor on new software installations
JOB QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must be a Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / or Information Technology
Proficient in MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking (LAN/WAN) and firewall.
