Job Description
* Perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications and network security devices on a 24x7 environment.
* Implement and monitor security polices for data protection of computer systems, network information. - Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices and or equipment
* Identify and handle preventative maintenance of all IT security systems through tasks including but not limited to; patching, updating, provisioning, decommissioning, and installation or replacement of hardware and systems
* Provide emergency on-call support and performs occasional after-hours/weekend maintenance updates.
* Provide high level support and resolve availability and performance issue to meet SLA requirements
* Collaborate with other technical team for managing security access control systems
* Participates in and contributes to learning activities about new technologies and best practices.
* Good to have - InfoSec certification
* Knowledge : SIEM, Splunk, ITIL
* Amenable on shifting schedule
