Purpose
Assist CIT Team with regards to administrative and technical documentation initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance of records, e.g. IT asset inventory
Creation of How To videos and related technical documents
Development of a support web site
Minimum Qualifications
A. Must(s)
Student of related course/degree
B. Preferably(s)
Knowledge of computer systems and IT components is an advantage:
Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers
Familiarity, knowledge, and some experiences with the following is an advantage:
Microsoft Office applications
Video editing
Familiar with web site development
Training Conditions:
Report to onsite regularly
Follow timeline/schedule as instructed
