About the role:
We are a Managed I.T. Services Firm.We are seeking qualified technology staff to service our growing client base.
Candidate should have strong PC/Server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills. The ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must! This position involves working in a wide variety of environments. Our main offerings include:

Responsibilities and Duties
Basic networking support/troubleshooting tasks, i.e., user account creation, Email accounts, backups, Desktop/Laptop/Server/Wireless configuration, Spyware/Virus Removal and general support
Setting up desktop computers, laptops and both physical and virtual servers, installing operating systems and software and connecting them to a network.
In-depth and current hardware and software skills and experience required
Must be able to provide desktop support to a variety of end users
Position requirements:
Must have very strong Server and Desktop Support skills.
Experience with Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure Infrastructure Skills required
Experience with Security and Firewall/VPN technologies (i.e. Sonicwall, Cisco, Watchguard, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, etc...) is a plus.
Preferred Education:A two year college degree or higher and/or a Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE or comparable experience preferred
Any of the following skills/experiences will be given preferences:
Experience in a clinical setting (Medical), Knowledge of HIPAA Security Concepts, Azure, AWS, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, SAN Experience, VOIP Experience, Linux skills,
Any Cisco Certification, MAC skills, HTML, Graphics.
The candidate must have excellent English - oral, phone and written skills, must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Excellent customer service skills
Can Do Attitudein afast paced multi-tasking environmentand aminimum of 5 year of hands on experience in a business environment are required
