Job description
Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain IT networks.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks using firewalls as a security measure.
Providing technical support for clients experiencing issues with their firewalls.
Does field work and entertain in-house repairs for walk in clients.
Capable of following different procedures as per client requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be an IT graduate or any related course.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT industry.
With knowledge in LAN networking, firewall installation, hardware and software solutions troubleshooting.
