Description and Requirements
Position Summary:
Responsible for gathering requirements, documenting and configuring business processes, optimizing and extending functionality, analyzing and building reports, and testing and delivering solutions. Assists with the enterprise-level software / systems operations including report creation, configuration management, and BAU support.
Minimum Requirements for External Applicants.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
Work Background: 2+ years' experience as a Configuration analyst or functional analyst in any HR/Finance applications and knowledge of integration points. 2+ years of experience with OO design and Java programming, MVC frameworks, HTML and CSS.
Technical Skills: Knowledge in business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and UAT execution. Experience preparing and guiding business partners through UAT testing. Experience with enterprise-level software / systems functions including configuration, data loads, and maintenance
Other Skills: Excellent change management leadership skills including communication, testing, training and business system and process transformation. Preferably with experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology. Workday HCM knowledge/training/experience/certification. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multi-faceted projects.
