Job Description
Performs activities related to day-to-day administration and maintenance of Microsoft server/AD environment. Systems Administrator handles installations, upgrades, backups, and configuration and confers with appropriate managers regarding troubleshooting and capabilities of MS Active Directory environment.
Responsible for day-to-day management of the server operating system, file structure, and directory services.
Supports and maintains application server environment.
Directs the installation of operating systems, network or application software, computer, or network hardware.
Documents design specifications, installation and instructions and other system related information.
Responsible for software distribution and updates.
Creates, builds and configures the server.
Monitors server performance and provides security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
Citrix and VMWare experience needed
