What you will be doing:
• Have the ability to add and remove users as well as change users' access rights in Microsoft OnPrem/Azure Active Directory, and Forti EMS
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Repair or replace damaged hardware
• Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
• Install and upgrade antivirus software (EMS)
• Remote into (WFH) user computers for troubleshooting and management of critical software.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure that IT assets, networks and services operate correctly.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Writing root cause analysis and reports from troubleshooting
• Periodically review the helpdesk logs and other records generated in the course of troubleshooting
• Manage preventative maintenance tasks
• Work with an issue tracker to track and manage issues across the business
• Track and manage inventory of new and used assets
• Monitor the uptime of all critical IT infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Working in a BPO Industry setting is preferred
• 1 year of hands-on experience in virtualization is desirable,
• Demonstrated experience in, or working knowledge of, several information security and compliance-related disciplines including:
• Love for computing and hardware.
• Proficient with MAC and PC operating systems and Linux is a bonus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Must be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
