Monitor overall health of VSAT network.
Troubleshooting of VSAT related concerns.
Coordinating with clients regarding status of VSAT terminals in a timely manner.
Installation of remote VSATs. This will include travelling to provinces nationwide as needed.
Preparation of reports pertaining to VSAT.
Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts.
With experience in the same field is an advantage.
Fresh graduates of Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science, or any course related.
Must be knowledgeable in VSAT, networking, infrastructure and cabling.
Must be willing to travel for work, extend working hours and do shifting as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
