Requirements
Who are we looking for?
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in IT support, preferably in the BPO industry
Has completed a Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course specializing in hardware/information systems
Has experience utilizing IT support ticketing systems
Has excellent working knowledge of PC, desktop hardware and internal components
Possess strong verbal and written business English skills
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft, ITIL, CCNA, etc.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Business Process Outsourcing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
