Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users
Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel
Day to day Ticket Management (Jira) provides timely and consistent support, acknowledging, and recording all issues and requests accordingly.
IT Support relating to technical issues involving core business applications and operating systems.
Providing best-in-class customer service and desk-side IT support via remote channels such as chat, phone, email, or remote access tools.
Has experience and knowledge on BitDefender, Trend Micro and other security applications
Troubleshooting of connectivity issues for local (Wi-Fi and wired networks) and remote networks (VPN) knowledge transfer/handover of new technologies.
Has experience and knowledge on Cloudflare
Participate in the development and implementation of IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.
Extensive troubleshooting of Windows environment.
Management of Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting
Maintain and review IT Documentation
Conduct installations, migrations, troubleshooting, system commissioning and maintenance
Hardware management and logistics
Basic Microsoft Azure Active Directory management.
Application of fundamental understanding of IT security principles.
Onboarding and offboarding management
Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
At least 4 years of Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience are required.
Good team worker
Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, and network Systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Diagnostic skills for technical issues.
