WHAT IS AN IT SUPPORT OFFICER Our awesome client, a leading Accounting firm based in Australia is looking for a IT Support Officer to be part of their IT and Software Development team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Tier1 support to team members across all offices. Collect customer requests and data and act as first POC Attend to customer phone calls Respond to user emails and escalate as required via ticketing system Conduct basic troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed Provide product information Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup. Set up MYOB, Microsoft, Citrix support and liaison for Nexxon. Set up emails / onboarding of team members Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) Support the team in acquisitions and integration of IT infrastructure support Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE At least 1-2 years of experience in providing IT support Ticketing experience Preferably experienced or knowledgeable in Citrix systems
