Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.POSITION AND LOCATIONThe IT Support Manager will report directly to the Senior Managing Director in Los Angeles. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, and the selected candidate will be expected to work during U.S. Pacific business hours to ensure alignment with the U.S.-based team.DUTIES
Assist with installing, upgrading, configuring, and testing hardware and software components.
Train employees to use software and hardware.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
Monitor antivirus software and anti-phishing system.
Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity and efficiency.
Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors to find areas for improvement.
Prepare cost-benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and ensure company receives best-possible service and value from vendors.
Perform other tasks as necessary to streamline operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or engineering or related field.
Graduated with Latin Honors is a plus.
Ten or more years of experience in IT management.
Experience troubleshooting systems.
Skilled in database programming and software installation.
Deep knowledge of iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiar with a range of software and hardware.
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess strong work ethic.
Must be a team player.
Yardi experience preferred.
