Job Description:This role will provide hands-on experience in supporting daily IT activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with system monitoring. The trainee will learn practical IT skills while helping ensure smooth operations across Keywords.Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the IT team in setting up computers, accounts, and applications for users.
Help maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
Participate in monitoring system performance and reporting issues.
Provide basic technical support to employees as needed.
Learn and apply IT best practices in daily tasks.
Assist in performing routine maintenance such as updates, patches, and backups.
Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or process improvements.
Document solutions for common technical problems for knowledge sharing.
Observe and shadow IT staff to gain exposure to real-world IT operations.
Participate in meetings or training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Currently a student taking up Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses.
Must be enrolled in practicum/internship units.
Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networking.
Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to commit to the required internship hours.
