Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Network Administration:
Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and help ensure network security and availability.
Support network upgrades and improvements as needed.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.
Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
Support:
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.
VPN Assistance:
Help set up and configure VPN connections for remote employees.
Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues and ensure secure access to the company's network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Basic knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
