Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Engineering, or any computer-related course
Honest, loyal, and hardworking
Must be flexible, a team player, and with good interpersonal skills
Proactive takes initiative, manifests analytical problem-solving skills, and can work well under pressure with less supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and Basic Networking
Must be knowledgeable in computer troubleshooting (hardware & software)
Can set up computer equipment (installation & configuration) and able to perform other IT-related tasks
Work experience of at least 1 year as an IT Support Staff is an advantage
