The IT Supervisor will be responsible in designing and implementing strategies for all IT operations. She/He will perform assessments on existing company systems/procedures and apply changes where necessary. The IT Supervisor shall be accountable for the overall efficiency of IT and IS services, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in identifying and addressing the business' IT and IS needs.
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT, equivalent)
ITIL certification
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of computers, systems, servers, networking; ample amount of knowledge in hardware
Team leadership skills
Strategic and analytical skills, critical thinking and results orientation
Good written and spoken English
