IT STAFF
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of PC server and networking (Wi-Fi, ISP, LAN/WAN), troubleshooting, internal systems (attendance and payroll), and installation of equipment
Flexible; must be willing to work on-site, on a shifting schedule, and during the holidays
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Works well under supervision and has excellent problem-solving skills
Has a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Job Responsibilities:
Configure, design, and monitor computer devices, servers, and networks to ensure a smooth working network connection
Provide technical support through troubleshooting and solving problems related to IT and network issues
Document job orders, projects, events, and solutions in reports and logs.
In charge of creating new IDs of the new students and encoding them in the system
Schedule
9-hour shift inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Flexible work schedule. 1 rest day per week.
