A. Technical Support * Provides technical support to ERL customers.
Answers inquiries and provides assistance when needed, not limited to email, chat, remote connection, phone, and on-site support, even after working hours, depending on the severity.
Must be reachable by phone or email in case or urgent or important tasks that need to be done.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
Assist other IT staff of Pace Academy when needed and when work isn't busy.
B. Customer Pre-Sales Support * Provides onsite and remote technical sales support to ERL sales team. Ensures demonstrations and products are working smoothly and properly.
Conducts demonstrations on all ERL products and explains the used cases to the clients.
Prepares, setups and manipulates the products to show to the clients.
C. Marketing Technical Support * Uploads information and announcements on the company's website and Facebook page.
Look for ways to improve technical presentations. Continuous improvement with video conferencing software to ensure smooth client demonstrations.
Other tasks that Mr. Elijah Lao will assign from time to time.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Must have a working knowledge of computer systems.
Must know how to use Photoshop, Microsoft applications, and Google Apps.
Must be hard-working, respectful, and kind.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Must have initiative.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City or to any place that they are assigned to.
Willing to come to office to work, stringent protocols are in place.
