Job Description:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software applications or systems
• Design and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure software quality
• Identify and document software defects or issues and track them to resolution
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing to validate software functionality
• Perform data analysis and produce reports to support business decision-making
• Provide input and recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
• Collaborates with developers and other IT professionals to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With good written and verbal communication skills
• Has the ability to run stakeholders meeting
• With QA/tester experience in software
• Level 2 support experience is a plus
• Knowledgeableof basic SQL scripting
• Willing to work in Parañaque
