Job Description
IT Resource Administration
IT Assets:
Ensure that users have up-to-date PCs, according to corporate standards with standard software applications.
Facilitate the preparation of AFE, purchase requisition, & MIGO for CAPEX purchased.
Problem Management, escalation and issue resolution
Validation of infrastructure checklist including WAN/LAN, Back-up, Server Room, Anti-Virus/ WSUS Servers, Email, Applications.
Monitoring of service requests submitted and completed.
IT Security and Operations
Facilitating the checking and review of service and purchase billing from DSIT, SAP OPEX and external suppliers
Monitoring and renewal of IT contracts
SAP Coordination
SAP-related issues are well coordinated to regional helpdesk and escalated for resolution.
Facilitate and coordinate SAP Business Experts Network (SAP BEN) meetings.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge: IT technical support administration, monitoring systems, IT asset reporting, purchasing, inventory, maintenance, trouble-shooting
Skills/ Abilities: Good communication skills (oral and written), can easily adjust to changes
Education: BS Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent and/or relevant trainings
Experience: At least 2 years working experience, in similar capacity
