JOB DESCRIPTION Provide technical support services to organizations and individual users, typicallyaddressing issues with both hardware and software systems Provide hands-on assistance with setting up systems onsite, or may walk users throughthis process remotely Assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program upgrades Provide remote tech support and troubleshooting services by phone or chat Make recommendations to guide future technology plans or purchase
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year experience in systems troubleshooting and support in small tomedium size organizations Worked in an IT role or similar position Experience with computer repair or troubleshooting, and have a basic familiarity with awide range of common IT systems Previous experience in electronic identification and security solutions would be anadvantage
