The Role
As an IT - Sourcing Head, you will supervise all IT Vendor related activities of the bank. This will enable to control costs and drive service excellence to gain increased value from Vendors throughout the deal life cycle.
How you'll contribute
Draft Request for Information (RFI) document to aide IT Group and Business to gain knowledge on a specific solution or service.
Draft, review and signoff Request for Proposal (RFP).
Facilitate RFP proposal evaluation and consolidate result.
Facilitate Vendor Accreditation required documentation.
Review and approve all contracts being on boarded in SBC with the help of the engaging unit, Legal and GSD.
Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance in a periodic basis coming from the inputs of the engaging units.
Handles email and call inquiry by business and technology group pertaining to contracts.
Coordinates and collaborates with General Services Division, Legal, Outsourcing Committee and Risk and Compliance.
Assist in escalating issues to vendor/partner for faster resolution of incident.
Review and evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLA) to identify areas for improvement.
Define the roles and responsibilities of the different groups involved in the vendor management and sourcing process.
Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage vendors upon early termination or cancellation as well as onboarding new vendors.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics / Statistics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy/ Banking, or other related field.
At least 5 years solid experience in IT Sourcing, contracts and BSP circulars.
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Equipped with the ability to adjust in different working environments and assignments.
Preferably with people management experience.
Willing to work in Makati.
