Description and Requirements
In this position, the identified candidate will execute various operations activities in their functional area. He/She will also ensure the achievement of sourcing/hiring requirements/targets for the different accounts and departments.
Functional Responsibilities:
Executes planned sourcing activities including call-outs to ensure target applicant footfall and hires are achieved on time
Performs various sourcing techniques (ie market research, cold calls, candidate referrals, Employee Referral Program, Job Fair, and Social Networking etc) with emphasis on compliance with established TELUS International sourcing processes and procedures
Represents the company in all kinds of external and internal recruitment/sourcing events sanctioned by TELUS International Philippines
May provide tactical support in all kinds of sourcing channels/projects/initiatives and may perform tasks assigned by the TA Sourcing Officer/TA Sourcing Manager for the accomplishment of the accounts' and/or department's objectives
Develops and fosters close relationships with customers
Coordinates with the different HR groups as well as Operations to identify the various profiles and hiring requirements
Maintains databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations to monitor and analyze recruitment/sourcing operations
Report status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing channels
