Our brand, , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading company in the construction industry n their search for a IT Solutions Architect based in Makati .Salary Range : ₱150,000Work Setup : OnsiteShift Schedule : Day ShiftLocation : Makati CityThe RoleThe Solution Architect is responsible for the design, definition and assurance of delivery for both integration of systems, assessment during the selection of new systems and alignment of solution to optimize business processes.Working with other solution architects and business stakeholders, the Solution Architect should demonstrate good communication skills along with a strong background in Azure Cloud Systems for both enterprise integration and data warehousing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with vendor software assessment, integration technologies, and data warehousing principles. A solid understanding of security principles is essential to the role along with some knowledge of legacy architecture patterns.The role will be driving the solution architecture methodologies and delivery of initiatives in a timely manner. This is a vital role to the successful improvement of systems, data and process for both business and ICT services.Your Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to the Cultural Framework, policies, Safety Essentials and Management System requirements and expectations;
Develop and maintain an awareness of hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimize those risks;
Understand and effectively undertake accountabilities.
Utilize various integration technologies to ensure all systems work together cohesively with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
Design, develop architecture solutions using standardised models (archimate) and define functional specifications for developers.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align architecture to optimised business processes.
Work with vendor software, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems and meets business requirements.
Apply knowledge of security principles to ensure the solutions are secure and compliant with the company's policies and standards.
Ensure that solutions can deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost-effective and timely manner
Contribute to sharing of knowledge and information within own function and with internal clients
Monitor solution delivery working with developers and project managers to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Contribute to continuously improve the overall architecture capability.
Maintain strong, productive relationships with internal clients and other key stakeholders
Build and manage effective operational relationships external service providers
Understand key stakeholder needs and manage expectations to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes
Provide professional and timely advice to internal clients
Meet delivery performance targets
Meet architecture standards
Meet regulatory obligations
Meet stakeholder requirements
Report and communicate to key management such that effective decisions can be made
Ensure compliance to governance frameworks, all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
Ensure architecture principles are applied in all solution architectures.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
Extensive experience with Azure Cloud Systems
Knowledge of integration and data warehousing architecture solution patterns
Understanding of enterprise architecture models and process modelling
Knowledge of AI services for day to day business performance and agents.
Understanding of both thick and thin client architecture models
Strong knowledge of security principles and how they apply to cloud-based solutions
Understanding of contemporary IT technologies and concepts such as ICT Networks, Security and Authentication, End User Computing, Virtualised Environments and Cloud Computing
