Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
With at least 5 years and above of supervisory or managerial capacity experience in related field
Strong business process, service management to facilitate and meet stakeholder's expectations based on agreed SLA and KSFs
Excellent in business presentation and communication skills
Preferably local candidate of Pampanga

Job Description
Supports the establishment of the SLA reflecting general service provisioning parameters and quality, including the evaluation of of service performance Gather data in Support Desk and End User Computing for their SLA and create accurate report
Facilitate communication between the IT department and its client in order to define and maintain the SLAs required for each business unit
Providing support and other technical service including end user
Ensures that service performance reviews are regularly performed and any required actions are performed
communicates service performance objectives to the operations and support teams and collects their feed back as an input for service improvement
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
