About the IT Service Desk Local Team Lead Role:
The IT Service Desk Local Team is someone who has strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team of diverse professionals; drive professional development by providing coaching and enabling the team to excel in a high-performing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day ticket management (ServiceNow); opening/re-assigning/chasing/auditing/authorising/resolving
Providing exceptional customer service and timely resolution to customers incidents or requests (phone, desk side or remote support)
Providing innovative ideas and value-added solutions in addition to a swift and effective handling of complex issues raised by internal customers
Completing regular one-to-ones, review and monitor performance targets to ensure adherence, 360 reviews and end-of-year reviews
Alongside the management, developing personal and professional development goals and taking responsibility for team training and business awareness
The successful IT Service Desk Local Team Lead must have excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and experience in using the following solutions: Active Directory, O365, OneDrive, ServiceNow, Intune, and Azure.
Key Requirements:
Seven or more years of experience in a technical position with management experience managing different shifts within a global team is a plus
Ability to solve complex operational issues by using problem-solving methods
Experience with remote support with external offices
Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated abilities to develop strong relationships and strategically manage and influence senior stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to drive professional development by providing coaching and enabling the team to excel in a high-performing organisation
