Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Must have at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Helpdesk Support/ Service Desk.
With relevant experience to do remote support of the following technologies: Sharepoint (good to have), MS Office (must have), Widows Server or Exchange
Must have above average to excellent English communications skills
Supporting through Call, Email, and Chat.
Background in the Ticketing tool
Proficient in Hardware and Software troubleshooting
Willing to work on Rotational/ Shifting Schedule
Okay to work in E-Bloc, Cebu City
