Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any IT related courses.
- With at least 2 years of working experience in Service Delivery Management or in similar role.
- With background in ITIL and Project Management.
- With proficiency in the use of business support software, field of IT/Computer Hardware services, resource planning skills and good customer communication and handling skills.
- Willing to work in Buendia Avenue, Makati City.
Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery operations for HP managed accounts.
- Work with internal teams, partners, and customers in order to meet contractual obligations.
- Diligence in understanding of account deliverables and customer requirements based on contract.
- Monitor Service Delivery performance and help address any challenges and issues.
- Connect with customers to conduct periodic reviews, to gather & address their concerns & feedback and to inform them of any developments and relevant updates.
