Maintain the IT Software tracker detailing software vendors, renewals, costs and usage
Using commercial data advise IT on the best commercial models for procuring software /hardware
Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes
Negotiate deals with IT software/hardware vendors on behalf of IT
Working with the ITLT Engagement leads to provide commercial support during the procurement process
Provide guidance on Leadership Team on budget and forecast for software purchases
Identify appropriate software purchasing models for the procurement of software
Manage vendor relationships
Attend and have input to vendor governance meetings
Identify software asset compliance and resolve
Liaise with legal team on contract matters
Production of software reports
Support of the process administration as required
Process improvements
