About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Product Support team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
As a member of our Application Service Readiness team, the Senior Business Analyst will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our applications are ready for business especially after maintenance work such as patching or software releases.
The Senior Business Analyst will be a key liaison with stakeholders including Development and Support teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements of monitoring and verification for specific applications. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with leadership to manage deliverable timelines. Experience in financial industry, including understanding of investment portfolio accounting and investor relations processing is a plus.

The successful candidate will:
have strong oral and written communication skills, especially with other team members including managers, peers and business stakeholders.

demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others
have experience writing technical documentation and translating stakeholder needs into specific technical requirements
utilize Confluence and JIRA to track status of tasks and workload
have strong project- and time-management skills with the ability to set and maintain priorities
understand and apply concepts of Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement
be familiar with System/Application Administration and Support including:
Unix/Windows Servers navigation and scripting
Windows Desktop/User session navigation
Oracle/SQL/Postgres DB familiarity and queries
AWS navigation and troubleshooting
