Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the implementation and development of an organization's Information Technology and Operations Technology security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines for enforcement across the organization and its customers. Acts as an advocate for cybersecurity best practices and consulted on security inspections, tests and reviews. Monitors the enterprise's IT/OT environment is compliant with existing policies, laws and regulations. Facilitates third party risk assessments and directs all security audits and tasks to maintain integrity, confidentiality, availability, privacy, safety and reliability of information assets. Responsible for the security architecture, roadmap and blueprint of technical controls to reduce risk of attacks against the system and users.
Position Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or other related field
Has at least 8 years of Information Technology experience with solid background in Information Security Management
Ability to partner with and influence a variety of stakeholders to ensure security requirements are understood and met
Advanced risk analysis, problem solving, consulting skills and relationship management skills
Understanding of the information security risks that are inherent to the business
Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards (NIST, ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, Project Management)
Ability to interpret and apply policies, standards and procedures
Require knowledge on several areas, including:
Current security tools
Business security practices and procedures
Hardware/software security implementation
Encryption techniques/tools
Communication protocols
The following certifications (or equivalent) may also be required:

Security+
MCSE: Security or
Willing to work from home (during pandemic)
